At the end of the first movie, Kida was seen with new tattoos on her face, which have disappeared in this sequel.
(at around 17 mins) The bundle Inga is carrying under her right arm (when she walks up the stairs) disappears when she turns to warn the group.
(at around 12 mins) Kida turns the wheel to the hatch clockwise and counter clockwise to try and stop water from getting into the aquatic vessel. In reality, however, only one direction opens such a hatch and only one direction closes it; turning it both ways again and again does nothing to stop the water from getting in.
The original film was set in 1914, but this film appears to be set much later (helicopters, modern vehicles and telephones, and so forth), yet the main characters have not aged.
