During Bloody Mary's middle cinematic, when the bride Kristen tosses the bouquet to Mary, Mary is seen with a look of shock on her face, but the shot is reused from a previous shot with Kristen and her friends in the background where Kristen is still holding the bouquet.
Charlie Kane's corpse, the physical driver of the Yellow Jacket, is shown having a bullet wound in his forehead as though he was shot from behind with a handgun. However during Yellow Jacket's opening cinematic it's shown that he was shot from the side of the head with a double-barreled shotgun.
During Sweet Tooth's ending, Needles is seen decapitating a man, but in the next shot of the man lying dead at Needles' feet, we see his neck is completely undamaged.
