On this strange but refreshing movie we can find three different point of view of the Colombian future. The first segment "Quien paga el pato?" is some kind a thriller, involving the media, and the religion; the segment "La Venus Virtual" has the best plot of the movie, a bizarre tale of a dark city divided in two, the clean and the dirty citizens (the dirty are AIDS infected); "Zapping" the last one, is the parody of the classic TV Couple Contest. With a very low budget, "Bogota 2016" has a convincing outcome, with influences of Terry Gilliam's Brazil, Luc Besson's Last Combat and Jeunet's Delikatessen.
But the most important, this movie generates great expectations about the Colombian film making.
