"Visions in Meditation #4: D.H. Lawrence" is the fourth and last installment from the series mentioned in the title here. Prolific American filmmaker Stan Brakhage made these four films in the autumn of his career, between 1989 and 1990. I must say I was very underwhelmed by the contents and creative effort (or lack thereof) they offered. The production values looked pretty cheap and the artistic impact was pretty much non-existent in my opinion. It may seem good initially that Brakhage moved a bit away from his usual pretty uninspired style, but here it gets even worse. I definitely cannot recommend the watch. This film here is also hurt a lot by the lack of sound. Watch something else instead.
