- One Of the Best Mexican Films in The 80´s -

When I saw this film i got wondered.

Paul Leduc's direction is perfect; The story is unique, the photography is one sample of the 3rd world reality, but it works, I Mean is minimalist, and simply awesome.

I suggest you to watch this film as a view to the 80's youth in México, far from big dreams, near to the everyday violence, drugs, love and rock music, getting the happiness in their own hard reality.

Maybe the only bad point about Como Ves? are the long musical numbers, if you don't like the urban rock style, but you can avoid that with no problem, the rest really worth.

A Film that might work as a Documentary
mister_rata8 March 2003
During the early 80's in Mexico emerged a new Rock culture, which was mainly focused on singing the day-to-day life in most of Mexican Cities.

¿Como ves? is a film that tries to show this new movement on the Mexican musical scene mixing unclear and surrealist stories of that time rejected youth and the musical videos shoot life of some of the most representative bands of the aforementioned movement.

As the story remains unclear and seems not to have a well established story line the only valuable thing about this movie is the chance to see the life footage of underground presentations of Mexico's rock bands at the 80's.
