Insulting softcore nonsense
From the Eugene O'Neill jokey title and its presence on Vol. 31 of Something Weird's XXX Dragon Art Theatre series you would expect hardcore porn, but this brief junker is 100% simulated sex. And badly simulated at that.
With poor narration that alternates between pomposity and failed attempts at humor, we are treated to an insulting ethnographic portrait of Native Americans in the Old West. Cast members, who don't resemble the ethnic premise, talk in stupid pidgin English, and perform various rituals with an emphasis on lesbianism.
-SPOILERS AHEAD-
It's hard to spoil a rotten egg like this one, but anyway the 1-joke concept has blonde Elizabeth Borden being raped by two white guys. Two Indian braves tomahawk the baddies and save Lizzie, and then proceed to rape her themselves. The lesbian Indian maidens who had been praying for "good luck to hunters" join in, all five dance in celebration and then have an orgy. Unluckily, this turns out to be the real Lizzie Borden, so she grabs a tomahawk and swiftly kills all four Indians when they aren't looking, in preparation for her famous hatchet spree when she gets back home to New England.
That sounds more interesting than the actual realization on film, because there is nothing erotic in the slightest in this poorly shot opus, and the rubber tomahawk violence is rated G. On DVD-R it runs a mere 43 minutes, including several minutes of "highlight" footage at the end which is nothing more than a repetition of previous shots as padding. To call this mediocre would be high praise indeed.
When the narrator isn't making very bad jokes, e.g.: "that's what they call passing the Buck", the musical score veers from guitar & bass drone to a surprising appearance of Ron Bushy's instantly recognizable drum solo from "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida". I guess Ron would be flattered, sorta, to find his handiwork meant to represent Indian tom-toms.
