Several pretty girls in bathing costumes ride safety bicycles along the sea shore. One is not so good at it, but two of the other girls run on either side and help her stabilize herself.
The copy that I saw was not in very good shape. I suspect it was derived from either a Mutoscope (peep show) copy, or perhaps was an early pass on the paper prints at the Library of Congress, present to establish copyright under then-current law.
It's a random looking shot, and the impulse to shoot it does not come to my mind. Within its limits, it's charming in a "Gay '90s" way, but nothing more. As such, it was typical of attitude of early American film makers, to shoot a scene, put it in the catalogue, and see if anyone wished to buy a print.
