- A man runs through a hospital beating people yup, knocking over staff and guards and brutally taking them down.
- There's a long foot chase in the beginning, and several civilians are pushed and knocked over. One of the participants in the chase climbs over a fence, but the other participant commandeers a car and crashes through the fence, violently throwing the man to the ground.
- Several bodies are shown burning in flames, post mortem.
