the delicacy as basic virtue
Kirpianuscus25 April 2020
It is the first Mexican film about The Savior. The political context of its birth is high significant to. But the basic virtue ofit, for me, remains a form of precious delicacy. You feel it as a work of faith and profound piety. The emotion is almost tangible. And Jose Cibrian gives a real beautiful portrait of Our Lord. So, a piece of history of cinematography and, in the same measure, one of admirable films about Jesus Christ. Not the memorable one , not the blockbuster but therefuge , the useful one, decade by decade.
