What an interesting conclusion.

A Greyhound trainer is killer whilst out and about on his horse, having been struck with a heavy object, Superintendent Carter and Detective Sergeant Dobbs are on the case.

Interesting, it's maybe a little fun of the mill in terms of the story, but the outcome, I applaud them for being a little braver, and doing something a little bit different.

Maybe it was a little easy to work out exactly whodunnit, but it was a pleasing enough murder mystery.

Shots of the greyhound track, as well as the aerial footage looked great I thought.

It's back in 1961, and the murder weapon, would that have been commonly known in The UK back then, the days before google searches, and was it indeed classes as a weapon, it's a very interesting choice.

Nice cast here, including a young, imposing looking John Woodbine.

Enjoyed this, 7/10.

Shady shenanigans in the greyhound racing world.

A dead body of a greyhound trainer takes Superintendent Carter to look at bet fixing. Dogs that were favourites to win underperformed because were doped.

The dead man discovered something sinister was going on and was silenced.

Carter wants to know just how the victim was killed.

When one greyhound owner has an Australian boyfriend, it leads him to have a hunch. He just hopes that it does not rebound on him.

A nice short, but it was clear just who the murderer could be once they came on to the scene. The murder weapon though was daring.
