Falls of Minnehaha (1897)

Once again this Edison short is explained with the simple title. Running a brief 31-seconds, this is shot right in front of the Minnehaha falls in the Catskill Mountains of New York. We see two men and two women standing in place and looking at the falls when at the end another kid enters the frame. Once again you're not going to experience anything ground breaking or witness anything that is going to change your life but it's interesting just to see what someone would have paid a nickel to view back in 1897. It's also fun to see what people were wearing back in the day and I can only guess that the kid entering the frame didn't realize a movie was being shot.
