A Great Balance of Campiness and Drama
greenprimalranger14 May 2016
I remember watching this show when I was younger and being hooked but not necessarily understanding many things. Re-watching this show, now that I am older, makes me appreciate the older Televisa Infantil programs because they felt that kids could handle heavy topics. Some themes involved death, domestic violence, deception, and romance were well balanced by the brilliantly performed roles by the cast. Daniela Lujan is the heart of the show, she exudes a charm and friendliness that made you feel she was your friend. The fact that this show has made me cry a few times, which is hard to do, has me convinced of how great it is.

"El Diario de Daniela" (Daniela's Diary) has been one of the best of the

youth oriented "Telenovelas" Great acting by the children, especially Daniela Lujan (Daniela Monroy), Martin Ricca (Martin), Oscar Larios (Chuy), and my personal favorite, Yulyenette Anaya as Lidi, Daniela's best friend. A young Mexican/African actress. Daniela described Yulyenette as, "The most fun of them all!"
