this movie takes place on Brownsville, TX.. where "Romeo" (resortes) is a police officer that is abducted by aliens, they give him the power to read others mind, and they also warn him about a gang that are called "the godmothers" who dress like women to rob banks.
Romeo must stop them because they are making an invisibility machine, but instead they create a bomb that is capable of destroying the whole universe, including the alien's planet.
