Will we ever see it again?

Why are SO FEW films available? Don't people realize that preservation of films requires SHOWING the films? A film that isn't seen is like a tree falling in a forest with no one to see or hear the event. Did it really happen?

I saw this film in 1983 and forgot about it. At the time I wrote:

A good Argentinean movie that filled me with nostalgia, and reminded me how terrible American movies are, especially recent ones. It shows real people in real situations, thereby honoring the common and the ordinary, which films usually shun to the benefit of dazzling glitz and glamor.
