- Most of the people in the Africa sequences are nude. Breasts and genitails are clearly visible.
- In the opening scene, a man nearly puts his head on a cow anus. The cow is letting out some poop a afterward. This scene is very grotesque.
- A couple of turtles have sex.
- A woman breastfeeds a couple of puppies.
- Some urination and bathing.
- A man thrusts on a woman.
- Several vaginas are shown in close up.
- There is a long and bizarre ritual which involve wooden penises, and people performing simulated thrusting on each other.
