My Autistic daughter absolutely loves the Jellikins, especially the Jellikins Gang !

Unfortunately they were never very popular and came out on ITV just before DVDs took off.

She is not so fond of jelly disco which was the only one available on DVD.

I still use the Jellikin gang VHS but it's a bit hammered now and poor quality I'd love to find out how to get an electronic copy of this

Shame about Rik passing away - he was really good on this

She also liked the Tellytubbies and Tweenies but preferred these

Mindless rubbish.

Had a son of just the right age at the time and saw a few episodes with him and was amazed at how atrocious it was. Yes I know I'm not the target audience myself, but it was so mindless that I would not let him watch it and turned over to the intellectual heavyweights that were the Tellytubbies (and that's no compliment, believe me!).

How anyone can believe that such tripe can stimulate young minds is positively beyond me. No problem with Rik Mayall: celebrity voice-overs are all the rage and he did a perfectly acceptable job, but the material he was given was simply not up to scratch.

amazing, simply amazing

totally mind blowing super show about bears made of jelly. The absolutely phenomenal animation juxtaposed with the vibrancy of colour, music and breath-taking narration from narration genius Rik Mayall! How this show could ever be compared to the dross that was "Survivor" (alot of losers on a beach somewhere out to sea that no once cares about. Yeah because that's "REALITY!!!") The Jellikins rocked, I'm creating a online petition pointing towards ITV to bring it back!
