Shari Lewis, with her Miss Clairlol hair, shows her versatility in this cute show. Shari works with others for the BB network, Bear Beardley being the BB. Bear inherited the station from his father, which sounds familiar to WKRP's scenario. There are quite a few characters working for the station--Lionel Lion, the director; Lolly, a sweet blonde intern; Brooklyn, a wisecracking Jackie Mason type; Dr. Lafferty, who sounds a lot like Jimmy Nelson's version of Ed Wynn, and of course, the ever popular Lambchop makes her appearance as well. The show is fast-paced, but not too hectic. It is a pleasant reminder of how talented Shari was.
