- It's not clear what the drugs are, probably expiriment in that era.

- Characters are trapped in books. They speak vainly through static.
- There are various devices through out the game like electric cages, snake like Jack in the box toy, a spiky table that's sort of like a bear trap, a skeleton, sharped wooden sticks.
- No blood or gore at all though.
