A pampered rich cat lives in a penthouse apartment. He has everything he could want, but yearns for life outside--especially a diet of wild birds. Three newborn pigeon chicks attract him, but he has no idea what he is getting into. This is a perfectly dull cartoon with no real conflict. It isn't even drawn all that well.
