Baggin' the Dragon was one of those lame Honey Halfwitch cartoons from the last days of the Paramount Cartoon studio
Well, while I remember seeing a Honey Halfwitch cartoon on Nickelodeon a decade or so ago, this is the first time I'm reviewing one that I just watched on DailyMotion. In this one, the little girl witch gets a sample from a salesman of Instant Creatures. Because she accidentally puts the whole box in a huge cauldron bowl, they all come out quickly. When she manages to get them all back, a dragon appears which Honey thinks was part of the box but just happened to coincidentally drop by...This was one of those Paramount cartoons made in the '60s that were made on a low budget and it showed with both animation and soundtrack having a too rushed flavor. Nothing funny or even amusing happens here so on that note, don't watch Baggin' the Dragon unless you're very curious about these post-Fleischer and post-Famous Paramount cartoons made during this time...
