- A ronin Shino Asu (I die Tomorrow) gets rescued by the Bohachi clan. Their leader Shirobei Daimon, charged by the Shogun with running Edo's brothels enlists him to kill clients of tea-house whores who are stealing his business.
- In PORNO PERIOD DRAMA, Tetsuro Tanba plays a nihilistic ronin who faces down the "Clan of the Forgotten Eight", who got their name because they lost all their basic emotions like conscience, gratitude, loyalty, shame etc. With his sword Onibouchou (literally: Ogre's Kitchen Knife!) Tanba's character hacks into their ranks in ways that has limbs and severed heads fly everywhere and the blood flows in rivers! On his way, he only stops to take every woman he meets, forcefully if need be!—Caterpillar
- A ronin named Shino Asu (literally I die Tomorrow) gets into fight on a bridge, and ends up in the river. He wakes up in the care of Kesazo of the Bohachi clan, a group that has chosen to forget 8 traditional virtues, including shame. They capture Omon, supposedly a Samurai's daughter, and dare Asu to rape her, but he does not. It turns out she is a female Bohachi sent to test him to see if Asu is fit to join. He fails the test, but their leader Shirobei Daimon protects him. Daimon explains that when the Shogun Tokugawa came to Edo, fights broke out between workers until the Daimon clan opened brothels in Yoshiwara. The Shogun gave Daimon an imperial seal allowing them to run the brothels in exchange for cash. However, tea-houses have been undercutting the brothels, so Daimon asks Asu to kill the clients, and bring the tea-house whores to work for him instead. Asu sets to work, but the Kurokuwa clan send assassins to kill him by setting a fire. Five female Bohachi ninjas including Omon come to his rescue, and then ask him to cut off their clothes, so they can pour water on each other's naked bodies to cool them. They fight a Kurokuwa assassin naked, and get rescued by Asu. Asu sends them back to base, but Daimon is angry that they abandoned him in order to torment a western nun. Daimon orders Asu to kill them, but he refuses. The female Bohachi get Asu stoned on opium, and then try to kill him, but Asu turns the tables, killing them, and imprisoning Daimon. Kesazo takes over as leader of the Bohachi, and orders Asu killed, but even doped up on opium, Asu takes on the Bohachi, and lives.
