A very interesting plot to go along with all the classic trash elements. Plenty of nudity and very disturbing scenes. The story focuses around a wealthy dwarf who is residing in Italy during the height of WW1. One particular scene with a horse is unforgettable and shows a demented side to the German soldiers.
