- We see a woman in her underwear, and some cleavage.
- Alot of sexual comments throughout the movie.
- A man and a woman fall down together (implied on a bed) off camera and we hear the woman's giggling a lot and saying "Charlie" scene ends.
Violence & Gore

- One man punches another.
- A man painfully pulls and twists another man's limbs, claiming he's a chiropractor (he's not). The scene is quite humorous, but nevertheless, may be disturbing to some audiences.
Profanity

- Around 7 uses of 'sh*t,' 3 uses of 'a-hole,' and some other milder profanities. Another ratings website says that there are '2 f-word deratives,' and 'one mouthed f-word,' but I, however, have not heard, or seen either of them.
