Plot Summary

Antoine Bonvoisin is a worker and union representative in a struggling doll factory. On the news of a wave of dismissals, he organized a spontaneous meeting and tried to negotiate with the boss of the factory, a childhood friend, Jérôme Tiercelin. The same evening, Antoine and his wife Sandrine learn that they have won the lottery super cap: 32 million francs and dust. To save the company and in hiding from his wife, Antoine decides to invest his share in the factory. It is there that he will realize that the role of boss is not so simple.
