Three patients in a hospital deliver great comedy
Herendil8 September 2005
Ulf Brunnberg (only in 1996), Johan Rabaeus (from 1997 -), Björn Gustafson and Jan Mybrand plays 3 patients in a hospital in Sweden.

This series was Lasse Lindroth (A.K.A Ali Hussein) breakthrough in TV. He was only getting started and was loved by almost all (Except Swedish racists who had him on the top of their "death list") when he died in a car accident in 1999.

Lasse Lindroth plays Nader the nurse.

And Anita Wall plays the doctor.

This show is one of the greatest TV series ever made in Sweden and was the best hospital series ever until Scrubs. :-) If you ever get a hold of copy of this show count yourself lucky and watch it over and over again.

Crushes the original!

The frist review tells the storyline perfect, but I can't disagree more then I do with the second review!

In the swedish version their is about 20 actors that all belong too the best swedish actors that existed.

I think it would be almost impossible to get all of the actors in this serie in a new tv-serie (and I only mean thoose of the actors that still live) and if someone succed in getting all of these actors to agree to perticipate in a new tv-serie it would have been a very costly production, cause som of these acotors are now if not stars so very close to be stars...

Lasse Lindroth with his tragic young death for sure does a good performance but W-en you have seen all episodes way more then 100 times you will see that Lasses performance is far from perfect.

But some of the other actors as Björn Gustavson, Ulf Brunnberg, Jan Myrbrand, Johan Reaeus, Anita Wall, Claes Ljungmark, Göran Forsmark, Carina Lidbom, Bertil Norstöm, Laila Westerlund, Git Gay, Tomas Norström, Regina Lund, Stig Engström, Mårten Klingberg, Roland Jansson, Thomas Roos and not least Björn Granath impress as least as much as Lasse.

And the best performance of all actors is with no hesitation Björn Gustavsson! He is the actor that got most airtime and that is perfect in everyway!

Björn Gustavsson is the most important reason that this tv-serie easily makes top10 by all time swedish comedy series that is ever made.

He is one of the best comedy actors of all time and not only in Sweden, in the whole workd! But that is of course my personal opinion.

Stick to the original

This is a swedish version of the british sitcom "Only When I Laugh". You might as well see the original show. The only reason to see the swedish version is for Lasse Lindroths brilliant performance as the somewhat dim-whitted assistant nurse, Nader.
