- A woman asks a man to have sex with her, she takes off her clothes while asking. Breasts are seen
- A woman is seen naked at a hot spring, bare breasts are visible.
- A man is told the only way to get rid of the poison in his body is to have sex with a woman
- The sexual content in this movie is pretty graphic (even though they are very short).
- One pretty disturbing sexual assault scene by a big monster guy who can change shape to having stone skin, but during the act is of flesh. Breasts are visible. The monster is interrupted before penetration occurs. Sexual moment lasts no more than 30 seconds, but be ready to get uncomfortable!
- A short scene with a man having sex with a young woman while another guy watches, she moans loud, not superbly graphic.
- A woman has snakes coming out between her legs.

- The main villain is a man that can transforms and regenerate himself. He walks around with a scar on his neck, implying he was decapitated in the past. He gets his arm cut off in the movie but reattaches it as if nothing happened.
- A samurai kills dozens of ninjas.
- A man gets covered by hot liquid gold.
- A man repeatedly headbutts another man and crushed his skull.
- A demon is electrocuted to death.
- A man gets a wire around his neck, then is electrocuted.
- Lots of violence with a high amount of sliced off limbs and blood splatter.
