- In the opening scene, a woman is shown topless strapped to an apparatus. A mouth restraint with a hole in it is placed on her, as well as a blindfold.
- A woman wearing lingerie is told to dance seductively in the window of a high rise building. She pulls her panties down and a man stands behind her and places his hand between her legs, stating she is wet now.
- A woman walks into a bathroom and removes her lingerie. Her breasts and buttocks are shown.
- A woman crawls on the floor in a dimly-lit room wearing a makeshift thong, a leather collar and restraints around her ankles. The thong holds a vibrator in her vagina. A man binds her further with rope and has her press her rear against a mirror while he has sex with another woman.
- A nude woman sits on a couch cross-legged and plays a handheld video game. Breasts are visible.
- A woman has a sex toy taken from her in a bathroom stall. She leaves the stall to find several women standing there, one holding the toy. The toy is returned to the woman.
- A topless woman sits at a table and folds origami. Nipples are obscured by her arms.

- The opening scene consists of the main character strapped to a machine and is blind folded and injected with a drug. The main charcter walks into her clients room to discover a women with all sorts of tubes, needles stuck into her. These scenes are very disturbing and sick.
