Yes, and it they are called Sailor Moon Crystal (2014), Sailor Moon Eternal (2021), and Sailor Moon Cosmos (2023) (the first title readapts the first three main story arcs, the second title the fourth story arc, and the last title, the fifth and final story arc) While this version was based off the manga, it also adapted the storyline in its own way, often having different characterization than what the original manga had. For this entire anime reboot however it is a more faithful adaption of the manga, presenting the storyline as it had in the original manga, including certain character fates that were different between it and the original anime.
In regards to the major difference between both versions, this anime was intended for younger audiences compared to the manga by making it more lighthearted and comical compared to the manga which was slightly more serious (such as that several characters who were killed off in the original manga were spared in this anime). Also Usagi was not as childish or goofy in the manga, and Rei instead of being boy-crazy, had a dislike towards men due to her selfish father, a Japanese politician.

Yes, Names and all. In fact for the English version, while the original dubs from DIC and Cloverway was an edited Americanized version that deviated from the original Japanese version, the one presented by VIZ Media is a more faithful adaption, including dubbing the episodes that were skipped over in the original English dub.
This page covers both the original Japanese version and the more recent English version by VIZ Media, while the other version (Sailor Moon (1995)) covers the previous English versions from both DIC and Cloverway. One major difference is the episodes listed, as the original dub not only skipped the Stars season, but also banned certain episodes, most notably DIC in both Season 1 and 2, while this page lists all of the original episodes.
