This is not a bad historical fantasy drama from Hong Kong - a tale about Prince Sun Chi Ming (Kelvin Wong), who spends much of his time supervising the artwork in his father's castle, and later falls in love with Lien Heung (Pauline Wong). But, the prince later runs into another woman, who is a monkey spirit.
This is a somewhat obscure film in Hong Kong and, from what I remembered, it's not as popular as some of the more ghost fantasies and horror comedies to come out in the same time. However, I did find it somewhat entertaining as the plot was rather quick paced and the fantasy and ghost elements helped make this an interesting film. Pauline Wong takes on a ghost role, if I remembered correctly, and she sends up some humor in the film. The acting was decent overall.
