- Will and Carlton striptease for cash. Carlton nearly takes his jeans off but is stopped by his mother who watches him in shock.
- Carlton loses his virginity in an episode in Season 4
- There is an episode about Ashley losing her virginity, although in the end nothing happens.
- Will gets fake married without the woman knowing, and they were going to have sex, but don't. Will does take everything off but his boxers though.
- Will sleeps with his girlfriends mom.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Just about all of us know the Will's father scene where after reuniting with his father after he ran out on him he goes to run out again. Will then throws a anger induced fit and sobs in uncle Phil's arms.
- When Will is shot in a mugging, Carlton buys a gun out of paranoia and Will argues with him taking the gun from him. Carlton leaves the room and Will cries.
- Will and Carlton get pulled over because they are black and Carlton believes that the cop is just doing his job but Will tries to explain that the cop racially profiled them. The reality of the situation is somewhat upsetting.
- In "Just Say Yo", Carlton finds drugs in Will's locker. He proceeds to take them and eventually gets high. He collapses and almost dies. He is saved by Will who takes him to the hospital.
- In "Papa's Got a Brand New Excuse" S4E24, Will's father Lou appears once again in his life and tries to be a good father to his son. At the end he lets his son down and once again he has to disappear out of his life. This episode might be very sad and emotional to some viewers, especially to those whose father have never been part of their lives.
