- A man massages a woman's foot offering comfort for his own pleasure and in this scene the man asks why do men like sex more than women, but the woman dismisses the question.
- A teenage boy and teenage girl are shown kissing and he slips his hand up her shirt. They are interrupted before things get any more serious.
Violence & Gore

- The monster in the film kills his victims and then always removes their eyes. We see several bodies that the monster has done this too. Many have also had their throats slit and their bodies are covered with blood.
- A teenage boy and his mother find the decapitated body of a man and there is a lot of blood all over the room and his body.
- A man is shot in the chest and in the head. We see a bloody bullet hole in his head.
- A man smashes another mans head through a car window and then slams his head against the broken glass. He pulls the mans body up and we see the man has a piece of glass in his neck. There is a lot of blood and he makes a gurgling sound as he dies.
- A man jabs his fingers through another man's eyes (the man is already dead). We don't see this but we hear the sound and the mans hand comes up covered with blood and he throws something away (presumably the dead man's eyes). This is done to make the killing appear as if the monster did it.
- A man attacks a teenage boy. The boy pulls a knife on him, and the man wrestles it away from him and cuts the boys leg. The man tries to kill the boy but he is saved by a dog.
- A man is thrown against a pipe and impaled on it. We see some blood.
- A teenage boy stabs a man in the neck with a knife. The man gurgles and slowly pulls the knife out of his neck. The man then starts to advance as if to attack again but he is shot twice in the chest, leaving large gaping holes in his chest. This is one of the bloodier moments of the film.
- A woman is electrocuted to death when she is pushed against a large electronic device. Later when the woman is found we see that her eyes have been removed and her eye sockets are torn and bloody.
- A man enters his trailer and is attacked by a monster who pulls him up through the ceiling.
- A man is killed by a monster, we hear him screaming through a ventilation shaft. They later discover his very bloody body.
- Three boys are attacked by a monster while trying to escape on bikes. We hear their screams as they are attacked. The third boys glasses are knocked off his head and we see the glasses get sprayed with blood as the boy is killed.
- A woman is pulled through a window by a monster and blood sprays in the room she was in.
- A monster is shot several times. A teenage boy chases it through the woods and fires at it several times until it dies. There is some blood.
- A teenage boys mother wraps bandages around the boys bleeding leg.
- A dog is thrown against a car windshield, we learn later that the dog is okay.
- A dog falls from a second story window and is wounded. There is no blood and we later learn from a veterinarian that the dog just has some bad bruises.
- A girl is attacked by a monster, but the monster leaves her when her father comes in. The monster attacks the man and throws him against the wall. Later we learn that the man was killed and we see them pulling a body bag out and also carrying another bag containing his head. Others look in the bag but we do not see what they see.
- A teenage boy fires a gun at a monster who is attacking their house. The monster throws the dead and bloody body of a man through the window.
- A boy throws some Molokov cocktails at a monster.
- A boy throws an explosive device at a car with pieces of shrapnel in it. One piece of shrapnel hits a man.
- A car explodes.
- A house is set on fire and we see it burning down.
