  • Georgette is very flirtatious during her musical number "Perfect Isn't Easy".
  • There are some very subtle sexual references between Georgette & Tito near the end of the movie but it is so subtle that children probably do not even notice. And it is quickly covered up by Georgette telling Tito that she will start by giving him a bath.

Violence & Gore

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A hot dog salesman at the beginning of the film smokes a cigar.
  • Sykes is constantly seen smoking a cigar.
  • Tito holds a cigar and sniffs it while talking about a life of luxury.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The beginning is very emotional and unhappy. Oliver gets very unlucky after the adoptive kitty box gets ripped apart and dragged into the sewer by a huge wave on a very big stormy night. Oliver is very frightened when he doesn't have a box to stay in for the night, when encountering violent and rogue dogs in the alley, and going to sleep by sitting on a pick up truck tire.
  • Stray dogs growl and chase Oliver which may be frightening to some children.
  • Syke's dobermans may frighten some children.
  • The World Trade Center appears in the background in a few scenes. This may prompt questions from children who live in New York City but are unaware of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
