When Daryl and Fidel (Carel Struycken) have gone to town to get bagels, lox, and ice cream, Daryl jumps in the car and speeds out of town, leaving Fidel behind. As the camera zooms in on Fidel as he watches Daryl drive off, you can clearly see that he has hair on the back of his head, just under his hat. Fidel is otherwise depicted as being bald throughout the movie.
When Daryl is driving the car back to the house to confront the girls, the car crashes, losing the rear licenses plate. When he arrives home, the plate is back on the car.
When Daryl throws the ironing board, it lands on end with lots of stuff around it. In the next shot, it is flat on the floor with only one thing lying near it.
When Jane is practicing her cello at home and a string breaks, in the next short clip showing her head all four strings are still intact. Later, when Daryl makes her play, the broken string is fixed - they couldn't have replaced it in between as the scene is continuous.
When Felicia is in the hospital bed, the cast on her leg goes up her thigh. However, later, when she is at home she lifts up her skirt and we can see that the cast only goes up to her knee.
In the first cherry-vomiting shot, the cherry stones are visibly coming from behind Felicia's head.
A wire controlling the movement of the tennis ball is visible in subsequent shots while the witches and Daryl are playing tennis.
It is his his left leg that gets jabbed on the voodoo doll that he reacts to, but it is his right keg he limps on.
Near the end when the babies are in their ringed walkers heading towards the TV wall, we can see that none of them are actually walking.
