Sex & Nudity

- Several sexual phrases, some innuendo, sexist remarks made at the women characters.
- In one scene, the bottom half of a gutted woman is seen by a fat redneck. He says "oh well, at least this time I won't have to put a bag over her head!" (implying rape), but he gets after himself and doesn't actually rape the body.
- The same fat redneck later on rapes a girl, making moaning noises and thrusting on top of her. She later becomes pregnant and it's implied that the baby will be deformed (her womb glows green from toxic waste that contaminated the redneck).
- References to dildos, sex dolls and masturbation.
- Some stereotypical comments and jokes made at a gay character in the film. He also takes off his shirt and for most of the film has it tied up to look like a women's blouse.
- Two men watch a VHS tape of a woman smearing whipped cream into her breasts and putting cherries on each one. They say that the name of the tape is called 'Knockers' and they invite their friend to watch, but he tells them "no thanks, I have a pair of my own already".

- An obese zombie rips a man's eyes out and crushes his head.
- A woman uses a shotgun to blow a zombie's head off.
- A woman finds an eviscerated corpse lying on a table, the corpse comes back to live and grabs her. He pulls her to him in order to bite her, the woman grabs a spoon and stabs the zombie in the head.
- A woman hits a zombie on the head with a hammer.
- Many main characters are killed in low-budget but nonetheless gory ways. This includes a girl having her eyeball sucked out of her skull (meant to be comical), zombies digging their hands into a man's stomach and ripping out his intestines, a girl having her legs pulled off, a pig being disemboweled, a girl having her breast bitten into and various similar scenes.
- A pre-med veterinary student gets high on LSD and then is forced to perform an autopsy on his murdered best friend. He pulls various internal organs from the corpse and hallucinates them being random household objects, much to the horror of his friends. When he realizes what he's doing, he vomits inside the abdominal cavity of the corpse.
- A man cuts another man's arm open with a razor and then photographs it with a Polaroid land camera.
- A woman is tied to a chair, sobbing hysterically, as the town butcher holds a knife to her body and forces her to watch VHS tapes of baby chicks having their beaks burned off and slaughtered in a factory farm.
- A tobacco salesman wears a bag over his head, blood seeps through it. He describes how he used to be a smoking addict himself until he got cancer and doctors had to operate on him, which somehow led to his face being removed partially, hence the bag.
- A girl is knocked down to the ground by a fat redneck. He pins her down and rapes her, but she kills him by shoving a corn cob into his ear. The tobacco salesman rescues her but she is traumatized by the ordeal.
- A man burns his own arms with cigarettes.
- A man continually drinking alcohol whacks and karate-kicks zombies repeatedly.
- A man holds another man at gunpoint.

- rednecks make and drink radioactive moonshine; moonshine is drank by everyone in town, including an infant and a pig.
- Characters smoke cigarettes and marijuana joints. The tobacco salesman sells "snuff" to three rednecks but then explains to them in a rather disturbing way that tobacco is incredibly dangerous.
- A man trips on LSD.
- One character is seen drinking from a whiskey bottle throughout the entire film as a running gag.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
