First time we see Mr. Punch speak there's a close-up shot of the doll's face, staring directly into Ralph. But on the wide-shot we can clearly see Judy holding the doll and the doll is slightly tilting on to the side actually looking straight at the floor/wall.
Isabel says to Enid that they will keep the music on and then later no one will notice her leaving the room due to the music, but when she finally leaves the room, radio is turned off.
When Judy is going to the kitchen with the rest of the characters, she stops by the door to listen to somebody giggling, and then Gabriel appears behind her asking her what's the matter. He was walking down the hallway in the previous shot and couldn't have returned so fast to her.
When David is in the car getting ready to exit and push the car, it's clearly raining, but in the next shot where he can be seen outside, it's not.
When Gabriel is talking about storms, he is holding the pipe with his both hands, but in the next shot of him still talking the pipe is in his left hand.
When Rosemary runs to jump through the window, it is cracked before she reaches it.
When Punch comes to life near the end the strings and puppeteer's hand are plainly visible.
When Enid is approaching Isabelle in the attic, her lighter can obviously shed light on Isabelle's face, but in the shots that follow, her face is in darkness until it's dramatically revealed.
When toy soldiers fire at Enid, wires operating them can be clearly seen.
After Enid smashes a doll face at the attic , another doll jumps to attack her, the strings and the stick are plainly visible.
At the end, when the old man and his wife came to wake up Ralph and Judy you can see clearly the reflection of the mic stick on the white glass door, at the right side of the screen.
