A young lawyer , Ana Belen , newly separated to Antonio Valero , takes a criminal official case thanks to his higher-class father , Marcel Bozuffi , defending an inmate , Fabio Testi ,incarcerated by drug smuggling . Meanwhile , the inexperienced advocate investigates the issue to order to free the prisoner , but then she becomes involved with two dangerous delinquents : José Manuel Cervinos and Juan Echanove . And at the end it takes place a terrible and surprising vengeance.

In fact , Ana Belen and Fabio Testi had arguments throughout the film that spoiled the story . Fabio Testi , who replaced Lambert Wilson , provides a better performance than Ana Belen who is frankly lousy . Highlights of the movie are the photography of the big city of Bilbao of eighties , pre- Guggenhein museum , when this town was really sad as well as abandoned and showing essentially a Bilbao industrial . Along with a spectacular car chase , including a bridge bound and crashes .
