The Carpathian Mountains, Eastern Romania, 1784. Fed up with his squeamish son Ferdinand's reluctance to carry on the family's centuries-old blood-drinking tradition, the eternal Count Dracula is with his back to the wall. And then, as if trying to make a man out of his dainty 120-year-old offspring weren't challenging enough, an angry mob of Romanian communists uproot the Draculas from their ancestral home. As the father and son go their separate ways, Ferdinand struggles to make a living as an immigrant in France, while The Count becomes an overnight sensation in the British horror scene. But fate plays cruel tricks on both mortals and immortals. When a lovely lady bearing a resemblance to The Count's long-lost wife enters the picture, passions ignite. With supernatural intrigue standing in love's way, is Dracula willing to try an alternative dietary lifestyle?
