- When Logan meets Jessica for the first time, her dress is see-through and she is not wearing any undergarments.
- One slow motion scene of a man and a woman running through an orgy. Numerous men and women are shown nude. Bare breasts and buttocks are clearly visible. Full frontal nudity is dark and harder to see, but there.
- A man and a woman change clothes in front of each other. The woman is shown completely naked for a brief time. Her breasts and buttocks are visible.
- A man and a woman skinny dip. No explicit nudity, but the scene is lengthy and they are both very clearly naked under the water. The shape of her breasts is visible under the surface. They kiss while swimming nude together.
- The standard attire for females in this culture is a loose-fitting dress with no underwear. It is clear throughout the movie that the women are not wearing bras. And the sides of some dresses are open so you can see the woman is not wearing underwear. There are a couple brief moments you can see under a dress when the girl moves moves quickly, but nothing obvious.
- A series of nude frozen bodies are shown. Male and female full-frontal nudity is visible. However, male genitalia is blurred.

- A man has large slashes and cuts on his chest and face, however they later heal over.
- Logan and Jessica are interrogated with large devices resembling cattle prods, zapping them with electricity, although they are not severely hurt by this.
- Brief scenes of human bodies spontaneously combusting in mid-air; no blood or gore is shown, but there is smoke and fire around the bodies and it is said that these people have been killed.
- A "runner" is killed and falls onto the floor. A man in a jet pack descends and sprays the body, which quickly decays and evaporates. Graphic but brief.
- Violent scenes involving shootings. Some bloody bodies. The fight between Logan and Francis is also particularly brutal.

- Holly 13, a supporting character, is killed by accident when Sandmen raid a group of dissenters and a subsequent explosion knocks her out, killing her. The bloody body is briefly shown.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Implied cannibalism; Box explains that the food the domed city relied on initially has since stopped coming, and that he's been freezing human beings as replacement food.
- The deaths of supporting characters like Francis, Holly and Doc may upset some viewers.
