Sex & Nudity

  • Bonnie walks around her room naked in the opening scene. Brief flashes of the very top of her butt crack and the sides of her breasts are seen, but the nudity is implied at most.
  • There is a would-be love scene from 30:55 to 33:02 with lots of making out. At one point, the woman looks like she's about to go down on the man, but she's rejected at the last moment.

Violence & Gore

  • Violence is apparent, but is usually quickly seen.
  • A man attacks Clyde with a cleaver. Clyde eventually defends himself by hitting the man in the head with a heavy object. Some blood is shown on his wounds.
  • Clyde shoots a man through a car window. Blood is shown on the glass.
  • Several characters are shot in various shootouts throughout the film, usually without blood shown.
  • During a shootout near the end of the film, Bonnie and Clyde are both shot in non-vital areas, showing much blood from their wounds.

Profanity

  • 4 uses of hell and shut up 1 use of god, punks, oh my lord, oh my god, bastard, losers, dumb, stupid and bitch 3 uses of oh lord and dumb-ass 10 uses of damn 1 used as goddamn
  • Cursing is very infrequent and mostly in the context of Southern slang. The strongest swear is son of a b-tch, used a few times in frustration/displeasure.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Alcohol is occasionally consumed. A few characters are seen smoking.
