After Foghorn Leghorn & Barnyard Dog team together at ridding the farm of the continuous trouble-making fox, then they do two very quick spins. After the first spin, Dog and Foghorn Leghorn appear dressed as Victorian era dueling gentlemen. They face off and then fire their dueling pistols at Dog. After the second spin, Foghorn Leghorn is seated astride Barnyard Dog, wearing equestrian hunting attire. He then blows the traditional bugle call for a fox hunt.

The fox, Foghorn Leghorn, and Barnyard Dawg all impersonate actor Sheldon Leonard with his Racetrack tout routine performed on The Jack Benny Program. Leonard would often trick Benny into bidding on a low-stakes horse in one race or another.
Foghorn Leghorn sings about fishing to the tune of "Camptown Races" (1850) by Stephen Foster (1826-1864). This song was often used as the character's theme song.
