- Using marked bills, Steve is looking for the supposedly dead Henry Hardison. Coming to Bonanza Town he gets a job with the town boss Crag Bozeman and gets paid with marked bills. - One of the many of the latter entries in The Durango Kid series in which Columbia shot about 30 minutes of new film and then padded the rest with footage taken from an earlier film in the series. This time they have treasury agent Steve Ramsey/The Durango Kid (Charles Starrett) show up tracking a fugitive through marked currency, and in the process of his investigation he relates the story - through flashback use of footage from 1947's "West of Dodge City" - of his previous encounter with the gang leader Henry Hardison (Fred F.
