During the trial of Hector, there is a female in a hat and a male in formal attire sitting behind the defense table off to the left facing the judge. When the defense lawyer is about to request a postponement, he first addresses the judge by saying, "your honor". There is then a cut to a close-up of the judge looking at the defense attorney, then at the prosecutor as if he is listening to them talking. However, during the entire close-up no one is talking. Apparently the shot was meant to be a cutaway, but it was mistakenly used without audio.
The trial of Hector is postponed until the following day in order to hear Mrs. O'Grady's testimony. However, all the participants in the trial, including the jury, the defense lawyer, and Hector, are wearing the exact same clothes they all wore the day before. The prosecuting attorney is the only one wearing a different outfit. In addition, everyone is sitting in the same exact spots as in the previous day.
