Angela loses her court battle in overriding Lance's exchanging with Richard's at the radio station.
- As flames begin to sweep through the mansion, Lance rescues Angela and Emma. Cassandra discovers her mother was behind the fire, as well as the one that killed her father 30 years ago. She then sells her controlling interest in Falcon Crest to Peter Stavros but is dismayed to discover this was all part of Angela's plan. However, Peter refuses to sell Falcon Crest back to Angela as planned, and insists he will only give it back to her if she marries him. Despite suffering from amnesia, Maggie agrees to renew her marriage vows with Chase. On the day, Angela pours her own brand of vitriol on the ceremony by bringing up Chase's "affair" with Connie Gianinni. Richard's would-be assassin tries again, but this time he springs a trap and captures them, revealing it to be someone he was very close to. Lance meets a singer called Apollonia.
