For such an event, the city of Tala, in the department of Canelones, in Uruguay, would be separated into 5 neighborhoods, which would compete in sporting events such as futbol sala, handball, basketball and more, together with Murgas, humorous sketches, Latin American dances and many more events. For 20 years, it was the most popular party in the entire department, and one of the most important in the country. In 2003, the festival came to an end, remaining in the memory of all those who were able to experience it. This Documentary covers from its beginnings, being the story told by its protagonists, with completely unpublished archival material.

We are all looking for a place to be, where to transcend, where to leave a mark. We all need a place to take root, where our best version can germinate. His legacy continues to beat in these lands, he continues to seek to generate culture and tradition because "...the sky is still blue."
