But when the duo learns the jewelry is fake and that their co-conspirator has set them up, they are determined to get what is owed to them even if they have to tear Hong Kong inside out. But lovely Hong Kong inspector Rachel Yeung is on the scene and she's not having any kind of bloodbath on her watch. After recently being promoted to 'Madam' for the S.C.S. (Serious Crimes Section), Rachel is determined to bust Michiko and Nakamura anyway she can when their violence results in too many casualties. But Rachel finds herself at odds with her bumbling uncle Cameron Chung, the head inspector for the S.C.S., as he feels this case is too dangerous for her and assigns Rachel to be a police escort for Officer Fujioka, a quiet but determined Tokyo police officer who is in town for his own personal reasons...reasons which could spell trouble for Rachel when she learns that he has a personal vendetta against Michiko and Nakamura. As the action hits overdrive filled with chases, gun fights and some serious hand-to-hand combat from both sides, it leads to a brutal but nasty showdown pitting cop against criminal...and only those with something to lose may be the ones to walk away from this encounter alive.
- Ah Kuo, Xiao Yu and Chubby are three country bumpkins living in the mountains with their cantankerous grandfather, who teaches the boys about discipline, dedication and devotion through martial arts training. Over the years, the boys have done a lot of kung fu training and have gained much in the ways of martial arts, including good health and a bond that keeps them inseparable. However, during an argument involving who is suppose to feed Grandpa's pet bird, it escapes and now they fear punishment. Not wanting to get into anymore trouble, they flee from home in an attempt to find the bird and bring it back so Grandpa won't know and this prompts the boys to take a trip to the big city, where their country way of life causes them to get into trouble and clash with the locals a little bit because they have no knowledge of city life. During the trip, the boys discover their Grandma and little sister Cheng-Cheng living the good life and so she takes them in to look after them, but their happy times together won't last: a notorious crime syndicate that the Young Dragons bumped into earlier has some unfinished business with them and now, they must utilize everything their grandfather taught them as they fight to protect themselves and their family from the very thugs who seek to destroy their unity.

When the evidence that the police have is circumstantial, he is released, but later when FBI agent Carter has him arrested again, it appears that a lot of people have been killed all over the country including Carter's partner. Gus maintains his innocence and as he is being transported someone breaks him out and knocks him out. When he wakes up he is shocked to see someone who looks like him and he tells him that he is his twin brother, Booth. It seems that years ago when they were babies, they and their parents were in an accident; also in that accident was a woman and her baby, now her baby died, and it seems she was a little unbalanced, and being unable to bear with the loss of her baby she took one of the two babies (Booth) and her baby was believed to be Gus' twin. It seems that her husband was abusive to Booth and Booth would be become homicidal. What he really wanted was to take over Gus' life, but unfortunately he is dying, so he decides to let Gus live his life -- that of a criminal being hunted by the law. No one believes Gus' story especially agent Carter. So Gus' only hope is to try and prove that Booth exists or get him before he dies.
- The Social Welfare agency, a government sponsored corporation is in the business for saving orphaned or abandoned children who are terminally ill or injured beyond the point of saving. Using cybernetic implants, the Agency uses a process called 'conditioning' to turn orphaned children into emotionless killing machines with hardly any memories, no human comfort and worst of all, no free will. The girls who make up the assassination unit within the Social Welfare agency are Henrietta, Triela, Claes, Rico and Angelica, all whom have shady backgrounds which led to their involvement with the agency. Each girl is skilled in martial arts, weapons and tactics, demolitions, foreign languages, espionage and counter-terrorism, skills that are necessary when dealing with terrorism, illegal arms deals or even crime organizations who have a serious stranglehold on the country of Europe. But while these girls are the perfect weapons against these types of everyday problems, they must constantly do their best to hold on to what little pieces of their humanity they have left, as they are being forced to commit cold-blooded murder, sometimes even killing innocent people who get in the way. Jose, Henrietta's handler doesn't like the way she and the other girls are being treated as tools for massacre and it pains him everyday to see Henrietta and her friends having to go through this type of life. But if Henrietta and the others want to live to see tomorrow, they have to play the guinea pigs and earn their keep, by getting their hands dirty for the Social Welfare agency, who is responsible for giving them their second chance at life. Because if they don't play by the agency's rules...they will die.

Not only does Lee rule his own empire, he also runs the Kumite, a gladitorial fight ring where warriors battle to the death. Mimi knows the police can't touch Lee with a ten foot pole and so she enlists the aid of her martial arts friend Master Vern to teach her kickboxing and tai chi so she can prepare for combat. Vern doesn't think Mimi is ready for Kumite, as it is a place where only one warrior can be left standing and breathing and the one who loses dies. Against his own judgement, he teaches Mimi the art of kickboxing and tai chi to help her gain revenge. After months of training, Mimi is ready to infiltrate the Kumite and to take down Lee for his heinous crimes. But to get to him, Mimi must face other female combatants, including the lethal amazonian kickboxing queen Inga, who has never been defeated, nor has she met a warrior capable of being called her equal. After Mimi's cover is blown and she's forced to watch as Terry is brutally and mercillesly beaten and killed by the powerful Inga, things get really personal and Mimi must combat more warriors, including Inga herself without the guidance of Master Vern, who has been abducted by Lee's goons. Without Vern's guidance, can Mimi succeed where others before her have failed?

Now, Ryo, Kaori and company must find the microchip and discover why there are dangerous people chasing after Nina...that is if they can keep Ryo's mind off of getting into Nina's pants for one day!

A sub-plot involves the businessman's S&M-obsessed daughter.

Excelling at gun fighting and hand to hand combat techniques, Ida and Hon are given authorization by their superiors to use any means necessary to stop the crime wave and that includes the use of excessive force if need be. Together as one, they're fighting crime their own way...but now, these two beauties find themselves squaring off against old nemesis, Ken Zhang, a deposed crime lord who is forced into exile after his men first clashed with the Angel Terminators. Now he's back with his loyal bodyguards, led by Miss Nishiwaki and ready to reclaim the spoils of his near-fallen empire. After his return, Ken tries to reconcile with Carrie, his former mistress and Hon's cousin, who is not happy to see him and has given up her old life to marry a young detective who works with Ida and Hon. However, tragedy strikes the group in more ways than one when Hon's family gets in the way of Ken's business and murder starts hitting too close to home. After Ida is framed for the death of a fellow officer who was 'on the take', the battle to bring Ken down gets personal and for the Angel Terminators, 'martial law' will be the only law that counts!

It seems that Emily angered some very dangerous people and now they've put a contract out on her and she's offered a million dollars to the Saeba Agency in return for protection. However, City Hunter will only take the job if Emily promises him some 'nookie' in-between, much to Kaori's dismay. It seems like an easy situation: take the easy job, get the easy money, then take it easy. But when Falcon informs Kaori during a trip to the grocery store that someone from Los Angeles has arrived to kill City Hunter, she and Ryo begin to suspect that Emily is not all she really appears to be. What is her real agenda? Is she really a cold-blooded assassin who has something personal against Ryo? Why is the C.I.A. taking an interest in City Hunter's client? And more importantly, will Ryo still get the nookie he was promised by the time the case is solved?

While doing some investigating, they discover a conspiracy involving corrupt politicians, illegal international arms sales and a crime syndicate that's being run by a 'presumed dead' cop. No sooner does Maki's team of specialists put out one fire, they soon find themselves contending with another one and just when Warrior thinks they've won, they really haven't. Someone is working behind the scenes to set Warrior up for a really big fall and before the clock runs out, they'll have their hands full trying to solve an eight-year old mystery involving black diamonds and to stop a new breed of unstoppable mecha assassins from hitting the streets of Police-town. For Project Warrior, police work is definitely no day at the beach!
- Picking up from the events from their previous adventure, the Young Dragons (Ah Kuo, Hsiao and Chubby) are living the good life in modern day Taiwan with their grandparents who are finally back together again. But when Grandma suggests that the boys go to school to better adapt to city life, Grandpa is against it, as he wants the boys to continue their kung fu training so that they can become top martial artists. When the boys are enrolled into a prestigious school for gifted children, they once again find that their old-fashion way of life clashes with the new-age way of Taiwan's residents. The Young Dragons feel like fish out of water and even have to deal with a loud, cantankerous teacher named Miss Wu Zhen Chu who is almost as bad as Grandpa. When the Young Dragons stop a bunch of criminals who attempt to take the school hostage, the boys become national heroes, causing their grandfather to feel left out as it was his training that allowed them to subdue the bad guys. And when Grandpa unknowingly gets himself involved with a bunch of syndicate thugs running an illegal fight ring and disappears, the Young Dragons will have to pull together like never before in order to find Grandpa and hopefully, reunite the family to crush the crime syndicate that tried to exploit their beloved grandfather.

- Nephlite finds himself in hot water when his identity is revealed in front of Molly and now he needs to find a way to find the Silver Crystal or face extermination. He believes that Molly may be the key to finding it, as well as the identity to who Sailor Moon really is and so he journeys to her home in the middle of the night to get some answers. Using his Star Crystal, a creation of his own design, Nephlite learns part of the puzzle to the Silver Crystal's creation and then he cooks up a story in the hopes of getting Molly to assist him. Molly, teary-eyed, tells Nephilte that she can't help him and calls Serena for help. Fearing that her friend's life is in danger, Serena races to Molly's home and transforms, not knowing that Nephlite had been eavesdropping on their conversation and now, he has witnessed Sailor Moon's true identity...making her an easier target for Nephlite to locate and terminate. But problems arise for friend and foe, when Zoisite sends her youma warriors to abduct Molly and leave Nephlite an ultimatum: hand over the Star Crystal or watch Molly be harmed. The 'termination' of Sailor Moon would have to be put on hold, as Nephlite (who has warmed up to Molly) decides to go rescue her on his own. Could this be a trap? And will Nephlite see it in time to save not only himself, but Molly from an untimely demise?
