As she fills Zoe and Memo in on the plan, the trio decide to strike during a church ceremony by the popular prison pastor. Meanwhile an unlikely collusion between some opportunistic prisoners and a crooked prison officer jeopardizes the trio's plan. With time fast running out, the three inmates launch their audacious plot. But their quest for freedom doesn't go as planned and the resultant turmoil sucks the three women into a battle for survival as they seek refuge high up in the mountains. Tambu is torn between helping her friends and rescuing her daughter as she starts to question the very nature of freedom and if it's even possible to escape from the "prison" of your past.
