- Nukus is angry when publisher Rudy McDougal refuses to devote a comic book to his new Brain Sucker monster, and gets even by releasing him in Charterville. Even the resident monsters are afraid - except for Frankenbeans, who doesn't have a brain. Rudy, whose brain has been sucked dry, agrees to publish Brain Sucker Comics in place of BeetleBorgs Metallix! When the Borgs catch the monster at the dam and hurl him into space, everybody gets their brains back!
- The Booger Man appears at Hillhurst to give the house monsters nightmares. This inspires Nukus to have him give nightmares to Les for an inspiration for a new monster.
- An anxious journalist seeks out the Beetleborgs' secret identities - and finds them. Will she keep quiet, or will she use this scoop to make herself famous.
- Flabber and the House Monsters turn Hillhurst into "The Horror Hotel" to raise money for renovations. Hotel guests including zombies, a swamp creature and a witch doctor mistake the kids for complimentary snacks and chase them into hiding. Meanwhile, Nukus and Horribelle send over their own horrible hotel guest, Botanicus, whose identity is quickly disclosed. A devious Little Ghoul heists all the guests shoes to make Stinky Shoe Soup for everyone at Hillhurst.
- Little Ghoul takes up some abnormal gardening after Horribelle leaves the Seed of Evil at Hillhurst.
- The Beetleborgs make one last ploy to gain control of Boron when Nukus combines his magic and Les' drawings to create Repgillian.
- Dr Baron Von Frankenbeans sends his latest creation, a younger version of Frankenbeans known as "Little Frankie", to live with his "big brother" at Hillhurst doing his trip.
- An aging starlet from Hollywood's silent era (and now ghost) shows up at Hillhurst, wanting to make a comeback.
- Horribelle leaves a portrait of Flabber on the front porch.
- After a huge lunch the monsters at Hillhurst fall asleep,but are rudely awakened by a raven,which announces the arrival of the famous writer Edgar Alan Poe. Poe's presence at Hillhurst is followed by a series of weird events, in which nothing is as it seems to be. Meanwhile, Nukus has Les draw up the Mole Monster to steal Edgar's latest book.
- Nano meets a famous rock band who is in Charterville to make a record. When Trip suggests they rehearse at Hillhurst, the house monsters give chase and the band takes shelter in the Stone Tunnel. The band later hears the house monsters playing their instruments, realize it's the sound they've been looking for and with Flabber's help they recover their equipment and record a hit album.
- The kids and the gang at Hillhurst have fleas! Not only that, they're still "itching" to find a way to get rid of the Shadow Borg. The Borgs manage to steal Vexor's energy axis and use it to transform the Blue Borg into the Blue Mega BeetleBorg. Getting rid of the fleas will be no problem, but will Blue's new power be enough to defeat the Shadow Borg before it's too late?
- Jara, Noxic, and Typhus leave an unusual baby on the Hillhurst doorstep. When Mums discovers him, suddenly the entire household is talking like babies. The kids take the baby away, thinking that Nano would be able to take better care of him, which leaves everyone suffering from separation anxiety. Wolfgang soon takes the baby back to Hillhurst where he transforms into Rocket Man. The Borgs battle the beastly baby until he dissolves in a burst of energy.
- The BeetleBorgs take a beating from Borgslayer and finally escape to Hillhurst where they must rescue Flabber from the organ and Art from the monsters. Things look bleak for the BeetleBorgs until Nukus tells Trip and Van the secret to defeating Borgslayer - joining fire forces. When the BeetleBorgs try this trick, Borgslayer, Vexor and the terrible trio are sucked into a giant fire vortex. The kids, however, are unaware of Nukus who is anticipating his next move...
- Drew, Jo and Roland are hanging out at Zoom Comics reading the latest BeetleBorgs comics when local bullies Van and Trip dare them to go into the old abandoned Hillhurst House. They accept and when Jo bumps into an old pipe organ, a "phasm" named Flabber emerges. As a reward for rescuing him from the organ, he grants them each one wish - and they all wish to become BeetleBorgs.
- It's Wolfgang's favorite time of the month, the night of a full moon, and the other house monsters are trying to prevent Wolfgang from getting out. Despite their efforts, he escapes and when he runs into Jara, he bites her and she immediately turns into a she-wolf! In hopes of saving her, Flabber makes a silver dart that will reverse the menacing metamorphosis if they can catch her before it's too late.
- Baron Von Frankenbeans pieces together a bride for young Frankenbeans and brings her to life. While the terrible trio scheme to ruin the wedding by sending the Red Crasher, the bride discovers that the Baron has promised his fortune to Frankenbeans as a wedding gift. But of course this big, red beast is no match for the BeetleBorgs. For the finale, Frankenbeans' bride discovers the fortune is far smaller than she expected, so she leaves him standing at the altar.
- When Drew, Jo and Roland show up at Hillhurst on Halloween as trick-or-treaters, Frankenbeans is so intrigued with the notion that he sneaks out to explore. Jara, Noxic and Typhus kidnap him and send Flabber a ransom note demanding the BeetleBorgs' Beetle Bonders in exchange for the house monster. The kids find Frankenbeans and return him to Hillhurst - his Halloween adventure having been full of more tricks than treats.
- When Fire Kat is pulled out of the comic by the Magnavors, he is far less ferocious than they hoped, so they decide to give him some lessons. Now a fire-breathing cat monster, the BeetleBorgs must stop him before he causes some serious damage and send him back where he belongs - in the comic books.
- As Christmas Day approaches, Flabber recruits the house monsters to decorate the Hillhurst House for the holidays. When Flabber discovers that Christmas gifts and trees are being stolen all over town by the Magnavors, the BeetleBorgs find them leaving a house with bags full of gifts. The superheroes return the presents to the residents and even give Jara, Noxic and Typhus each a stocking filled with gifts.
- The kids go to Comi-Con, the world' s best comic-book convention, but realize Aaron, who has their tickets, is gone! Posing as BeetleBorgs, they finally get in and run into Jara, Noxic and Typhus. The kids head for the BeetleBorgs booth, where comic book creator Art Fortunes is making an appearance, when the terrible trio grabs Fortunes and runs. When the kids transform into BeetleBorgs and defeat the monsters, Fortunes is amazed to see his comic book come to life.
- Flabber, the house monsters and the kids try to save Mums when he gets "mum-napped" by the same archaeologist who originally found the tomb. Also an artifact that was stolen by the fortune-seekers contains a curse that it is making their lives miserable! The only way they know how to nullify the curse is to return Mums to his tomb. Will the BeetleBorgs be able to reunite Mums with the tomb and the artifact?
- 1996–199820mTV-Y76.6 (8)TV EpisodeWhen Heather sees a beautiful necklace on evil sorceress Queen Magna in the latest comic, Drew decides to get it for her on her birthday. When he asks Flabber to zap him into the comic book, both of them get sucked into the book and when the kids see what's happened, they jump in to rescue them. Though Drew wasn't able to give Heather the necklace she wanted for her birthday, he gives her a handmade necklace which she declares is her favorite.
- Flabber hosts a special breakfast for everyone at Hillhurst. Fangula, miffed that there is no blood, storms off and bites Van and Trip who turn into vampires! Flabber tells the kids that the only way for them to be cured is to be kissed by a warrior princess who's pure of heart. Deciding that Jo is an ideal candidate, the BeetleBorgs hold down the vampire teens while she kisses them. Voila! Back to being just a couple of bullies.
- Flabber is upset that he might lose his roommate Fangula since he's been neglecting his vampire duties. Vlad, the Commissioner of Vampires, is ready to take Fangula back to Transylvania's land of the permanently dead. Flabber convinces the kids to help by pretending to be Fangula's victims, but the ploy fails miserably when Jo loses her fake fangs. After a drawn out confrontation, Vlad declares that since Flabber defended him, he can stay at Hillhurst.
