David Cary Schramm was the son of the late astrophysicist David Norman Schramm, of the University of Chicago, a world-renowned expert in cosmology, who died while piloting a small airplane in 1997. David Cary Schramm studied art at Boston University before moving to Los Angeles to pursue his career. He died at the age of 37 on October 9, 2001. Joe Lubin was a London native who grew up under the tutelage of composer Noel Gray, and became one of England's premier songwriters and composers with tunes including "I Keep Forgetting to Remember", "The Shoemaker's Serenade" and "Till Stars Forget to Shine". He came to the United States in 1947 and contributed songs for Bob Hope, Pat Boone, Lainie Kazan, Petula Clark and, notably, popular title songs for Doris Day's films including "Teacher's Pet", "Please Don't Eat the Daisies", "Move Over, Darling" and "The Glass Bottom Boat". Doris' tribute to Joe mentioned that he "will always be remembered as a wonderful person and a terrific songwriter. His music contributed greatly to the success of many of my films."- Actor
