- Boris Novikov is Honored Artist of the RSFSR (26.05.1961). National Artist of the Russian Federation (29.08.1994). Novikov graduated from the School-Studio of Yu.A. Zavadsky (1948). Since 1948 he was an actor of the Mossovet Theater, in 1963-1972 - an actor of the Satire Theater, since 1972 - Novikov worked under contracts. He passed away on July 25, 1997 in Moscow. The actor was buried at the Danilovsky cemetery of the capital (plot number 2). The life and work of the actor is devoted to the chapter 51 of the cycle "To Remember" by Leonid Filatov.
