- Karin Hardt was born on 28 April 1910 in Hamburg, Germany. She was an actress, known for Der Mann, der nicht nein sagen kann (1938), Fasching (1939) and Port Arthur (1936). She was married to Erich Waschneck and Rolf von Goth. She died on 5 March 1992 in Berlin, Germany.
- Starring in early "Our Gang" films, Samuel got his break in the movies by tagging along with his older brother who was an agent for Ramon Novarro. When he got too big and outgrew the other kids, he left the series and never returned to acting. For 20 years, Andy and his son operated an art and picture-framing shop in Beverly Hills, "H.A. Samuel & Son." Samuel died following a stroke.
- Born in Dundee, he spent his early childhood growing up in Fife. After going to school in Shrewsbury, England, he enrolled at Sandhurst for military training and was commissioned in the Black Watch. After serving in India and the Sudan in the years leading up to the Second World War. He was captured in St. Valery. Whilst serving as a prisoner of war, Mr Walker collected material for his best-selling novel The Pillar. Other novels followed, with two of them, 'Geordie' and 'Digby' being adapted into feature films.
